INTERNATIONAL WORKER RIGHTS
If you think your employer has violated your right to a voice on the job, you may be can get help filing charge from AFT Academics if you are already a member, or if you are organizing to become one. In some cases charges must be filed within six months of the alleged illegal conduct, so do not delay reaching out. If your rights have been violated your employer could be ordered to stop interfering with employee rights and to provide back pay or reverse any action against workers for their union activity.
